Hey there! My name is Claire Rome, and hair is my passion! I am a hairstylist and I specialize in vivids and creative colors, blonding and transformational/corrective work, haircuts, and more! Whether you are wanting a lived in low maintenance color like balayage, or something bold like platinum blonde or a full head of purple, I'm your colorist! I offer many hair treatments as well such as K18 and Malibu C Pro. My goal as your stylist is to give you your very best look possible, while always putting the integrity of your hair first. Cancellation Policy

Please read my cancellation policy carefully. By booking, you are accepting these terms: I require 48 hour notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Any cancellations made after the 48 hour mark of that timeframe will result in a fee of 50% off the base service total. These terms are non-negotiable, and if these terms are not something that you feel comfortable with that’s ok, but we are not a match to work together and I recommend finding another stylist. NO SHOWS: I have multiple text and email confirmations in place to remind you that your appointment is coming up. My no-show terms are non-negotiable, and are at my discretion barring very rare circumstances like hospitalizations or emergencies. If you know you have an appointment coming up and you are not feeling well, please reach out to me ASAP. Same day cancellations and NO SHOWS will be charged 50% of the service or forfeit the original deposit. If you no show me you will NOT be welcome back in my chair. I have had many no shows in the past so I now have a zero tolerance policy for no shows. Other Policies: How to Come to Your COLOR Appointment: I ask that you arrive with your hair as follows to help ensure the best possible results: Please have clean dry hair washed within the last 2 days with minimal styling products and no “root cover up” spray. For best results, I also recommend using a clarifying shampoo such as Olaplex 4C or Malibu C Undoo Goo clarifying shampoo before your appointment. All new clients will be required to undergo some sort of chelating/clarifying treatment to receive a color service with me. This is to help remove any product buildup/ minerals/ medications or anything that would interact with your hairs and the ability to lift or any chemical reactions. Chemical reactions are not fun and these treatments help ensure that wont happen. Clothing: Please be aware that your clothing could be ruined during a chemical service. Although I strive to have this not happen, sometimes it does. I do have smocks at the salon to change into or you may choose to bring an extra old t-shirt with you that you don’t care about being ruined. Claire Rome Hair Artistry is not liable for any color transfers on your clothing or personal items. Please do not wear turtle neck or hoodies to your appointment and maybe don’t bring that Louis Vuitton purse :) Pricing: Please understand that my pricing is on an “and up” basis, the prices you see on my website are the starting price, and a in person color consultation is REQUIRED for all new clients. Treatments like deep conditioners or bonders are included all of my prices and are non negotiable. No Guests Policy: Please do not bring guests (this includes spouses, kids and friends) to your appointment. My suite is really only big enough for me and one client. Thank you for understanding. Kids are not allowed during any chemical services, however I will make an exception if you need a haircut and cannot find childcare. There are areas for your child to sit. I try to be understanding! Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are 15 minutes late or more to your appointment we must reschedule and cancellation fees will apply. Redo/Fixes: After your service is completed, if you feel that you need an adjustment or something isn't quite right, please contact me within 7 days of the service. There will be no refunds for any services rendered. Product Returns - No Refunds: Due to the nature of my small boutique business, I cannot accept returns on retail product items, and all items are FINAL SALE.
