CANCELLATION POLICY

Please read business policies carefully. By booking with me you are accepting these terms. DEPOSITS: A $100 non refundable/transferable deposit is required for all new clients booking a color service. This deposit goes towards your appointment total. I require at least 48 hours notice for cancellation or reschedules. You will receive a confirmation text and email upon booking. You will get a confirmation text 3 days before your appointment and another 1 day before your appointment. Please confirm your appointment through text or email. I only allow 1 reschedule and the original deposit can be applied to the rescheduled appointment. Any reschedules or cancellations moving forward will require a NEW deposit. CARD ON FILE: I require all of my clients to have a card on file with me. The card is required to protect me from no-shows or late cancellations. Any late cancellations or no-shows will be charged 50% of the total service to the card on file. NO SHOWS: I have zero tolerance for no shows. No shows are not eligible to receive their deposit back are not allowed to book with me in the future. My no-show terms are non-negotiable, and are at my discretion barring very rare circumstances like hospitalizations or emergencies. If you know you have an appointment coming up and you are not feeling well, please reach out to me ASAP. Same day cancellations and NO SHOWS will be charged 50% of the total service and/or forfeit the original deposit. CLOTHING: Please be aware that your clothing could be ruined during a chemical service. Although I strive to have this not happen, sometimes it does. I am not liable for any color transfers on your clothing or personal items. Please do not wear turtle neck or hoodies to your appointment and if you do make sure you are wearing something underneath because I cannot perform color or cutting services with a hoodie or turtleneck on. PRICING: Please understand that my pricing is on an “and up” basis, the prices you see on my website are the starting price, and pricing is subjected to change based on your length, thickness and density of your hair. Color Inspo goals, and current color history are all factors that play into pricing. Treatments like deep conditioners or bonders are included all of my prices. Respectfully, I do not allow any price haggling or negotiating. There are so many stylists out there with different price points. I have been doing hair for 10+ years. If you are looking for cheaper services you are welcome to go to a beauty school or year 1 stylist but please do not try to negotiate my pricing. No Guests Policy: Please do not bring guests (this includes spouses, kids and friends) to your appointment. My suite is really only big enough for me and one client. Thank you for understanding. LATE ARRIVALS: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are 20 minutes late or more to your appointment we must reschedule and cancellation fees will apply. Redos/Adjustments: After your service is completed, if you feel that you need an adjustment or something isn't quite right, please contact me within 7 days of the service. There will be no refunds for any services rendered. I take pride in my work and I will always adjust something if you are not happy, but I do not give refunds. Thank you for taking the time to read.
